Protocols are guidelines used by the staff team to ensure consistent and fair handling of specific situations. While not formal rules, these standardized processes help maintain transparency and order. This section outlines how the staff typically responds to certain events, so players know what to expect.
Banned Player Inventories
Staff will not retrieve or distribute the inventory, items, or balance of a banned player—even at their request. The only exception may occur if the banned player possessed an item of significant lore importance, particularly one tied to the storylines of other players, towns, or nations.
In such cases, the staff team will assess requests on a case-by-case basis. Players requesting retrieval must provide evidence of the item's importance, such as:
- Lore posts referencing the item
- Approved character or nation applications
- In-game RP tied to the item
Decisions on these matters are final and made at the discretion of the staff team.
Banned Player Towns
When a town’s owner is banned, staff will only transfer ownership to a current member of the town. Ownership will be reassigned using the following process:
- First, the next highest-ranking and longest-residing member of the town will be given ownership.
- If no such member exists, a 7-day window will open during which any current town resident may apply for ownership. The first applicant will receive ownership.
- If no one comes forward within 7 days, the town will be marked as ruined.
