3.0 Town & Nation Rules
These rules govern the creation, naming, spacing, and structure of towns and nations to support realism, immersion, and respectful expansion. Refer to the terminology section below for key definitions.
3.1 Do not build towns or outposts too close to others without permission.
Towns and outposts must be at least 4 chunks (64 blocks) away from another. If you receive permission from the nearby town, you may build closer—but once granted, that agreement is permanent and cannot be withdrawn.
3.2 Towns must be within 110 chunks of the nation capital’s homeblock
All towns must have legitimate purposes. Creating placeholder towns just to expand a nation’s area of control is prohibited.
3.3 Each town may have only one outpost.
The outpost must be located within 12 chunks of the town’s main claim area.
3.4 Exclaves and spaghetti claims are not allowed.
Towns must claim land cohesively. Avoid fragmented claims or using thin “land bridges” to reach distant areas.
3.5 Town and nation names must be original.
Do not use names from the real world or from existing fictional universes. Names must be unique to the server.
Terminology- Town Enclave: A claimed area disconnected from the town’s main territory that is not an outpost.
- Spaghetti Claims: Claims that use narrow or single-chunk paths to stretch between larger land masses or gain extra distance.
